Plan Your Week in 15 Minutes with Xentto

You do not need hours to keep your customer service running. This guide shows how to use Xentto and the dashboard to plan one week of AI call handling in about 15 minutes.

1. Decide how many calls you want to handle

Start from something sustainable, not ideal. For most businesses, handling your core call types (support, sales, scheduling) is enough to improve customer service without being overwhelmed. Pick the call volume that you can reliably manage. Once you see that this routine really does fit into your week, you can add more call types later. The point of this guide is to prove that consistency is possible with the time you have.

2. Spend a few minutes on call workflows

Open Xentto and look at the suggested workflows. Pick 2-3 that feel relevant for this week, or create your own based on what your customers are asking about. The goal is not to plan a call center for months. It is just to decide: What are the few things we want our AI voice agents to handle this week?

3. Build your call workflows quickly with Xentto

For each call type, use Xentto to create a workflow: Use AI Voice Generator for scenario to script. Use Script Import if you already have call scripts to enhance. Use Custom Build if you have notes or a rough draft. Do not over-edit at this stage. Focus on making sure each workflow has one clear purpose and sounds like something your team would say. You can tidy details later if needed.

4. Use the dashboard to route each call type

Open the call routing settings and assign each workflow to the right trigger. Spread them out so you are not handling everything at once. Xentto can suggest good routing based on your setup; you do not need to guess. When you are done, you should see your week covered at a glance. From here on, you only need to show up to review call logs and handle exceptions, the routine calls are handled automatically.

5. Keep the routine light and repeatable

This whole flow should take around 15 minutes once you are familiar with it: Pick your call types for the week. Choose a workflow per call type (with Xenttos help). Create workflows quickly with Xentto. Route each call type in the dashboard. If it ever starts to feel heavy, reduce the number of call types instead of dropping the routine. The habit is more important than the volume.
