These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Xentto website and platform (the "Services"). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

Xentto provides software and integrations for AI-assisted voice interactions. Features may change; we will use reasonable efforts to maintain service availability as described in your subscription or order form.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for your account credentials, compliance with applicable laws (including telemarketing, recording, and privacy rules), and the accuracy of data you provide. You will not misuse the Services or attempt to access them by unauthorized means.
4. Intellectual property
Xentto retains all rights in the Services and branding. Subject to these Terms and your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Automated systems may produce errors; you remain responsible for decisions made using outputs from the Services.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xentto will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, legal risk, or non-payment as set out in your agreement with us.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the new Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
