Our services include AI voice agents for customer support, sales calls, appointment scheduling, lead qualification, and automated voice interactions with features for call analytics, real-time monitoring, and integration with CRM and telephony systems.
2. Free Trial and Fair Use
If you start a free trial, you receive full access to Xentto's services for the trial period. Fair use applies during the trial and for all paid plans. Fair use means we expect normal, non-abusive use of the platform. We may take action if use is excessive, automated in violation of our policies, or otherwise harmful to the service or other users. 3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Xentto only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our services to: • Make calls that are illegal, fraudulent, or harmful • Violate telemarketing laws, Do Not Call regulations, or recording consent requirements • Harass, threaten, or abuse individuals • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity • Use automated systems (robocalls) without proper consent • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable telecommunications and privacy laws.
5. Content and Call Data
You retain ownership of all content and call data you create or process using Xentto. However, you grant us a limited license to use your call recordings, transcripts, and metadata for service improvement, analytics, and AI training purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for obtaining proper consent for call recording where required by law.
6. Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. By creating an account or using Xentto, you acknowledge that your personal data and call data will be processed as described in our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, use, retain, and delete your data and the rights you have under applicable data protection laws. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws when using our services, including obtaining necessary consents from call participants.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability. We provide 99.9% uptime SLA for paid plans as specified in your subscription agreement. Telephony services depend on third-party providers; we are not responsible for carrier-related outages beyond our control.
8. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these terms, excessive use, non-payment, or other reasons as outlined in our Refund Policy. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy and Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
Xentto is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: • Call quality issues due to network conditions • Misunderstandings or errors in AI-generated responses • Regulatory compliance violations by users • Third-party service interruptions Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
